To clear your app cache on Android devices, follow these steps:

  1. Open Settings: Access your phone's settings app, usually represented by a gear icon.
  2. Navigate to Apps: Look for an option labelled "Apps" or "Applications." It might be under "Storage" or "Storage & apps" depending on your device.
  3. Select the App: Find the specific app you want to clear the cache for and tap on it.
  4. Go to Storage: Tap on "Storage" or "Storage usage." This section will display information about the app's data usage, including its cache.
  5. Clear Cache: Locate the "Clear cache" button and tap it to remove the temporary files stored by the app.

For Apple devices there isn't a clear cache feature so you will need to delete and reinstall the app on your devices.

  1. To delete an app on an iPhone or iPad, locate the app on the Home Screen or in the App Library, touch and hold it, and then tap "Remove App" followed by "Delete App" to confirm. Alternatively, you can navigate to Settings > General > iPhone Storage to delete apps from there
  2. You will then need to open the app store and install The Crochet Community app.

For all scenarios, you will need to login again after completing the steps above.
