How to reset your password for e-books, courses & CALS
If you find you can't login to access your purchased e-book(s), course(s) or CAL. Please follow these instructions to reset your password. Navigate to the login page by clicking here.
Below the password field, click the link the says "Forgot your password?"
On the next screen, please enter the email address your purchase is associated with and click "Reset my password".
Next, please check your email from Bella Coco Ltd with the subject [Bella Coco Ltd] Reset your student password. If you don't see it after a couple of minutes, please make sure you check your SPAM/JUNK folder, just in case it has been placed there.
The contents of the email will look like the picture below. Please click the button that says "Yes, please send me a new password".
You will be then sent another email from Bella Coco Ltd, this time with the subject line [Bella Coco Ltd] Your new student password.
Copy your password or write it down and click the button in the email that says "Click here to sign in" or simply navigate to the login page here.
